Housing Finance

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning provides a number of financing options, giving citizens a range of choices and streamlining the process of receiving suitable housing. Financing services are simplified, including easy to pay instalments that take into consideration the income of each individual.

  • Renovation Finance: Provided by the ministry for citizens who want to renovate residential units and private apartments or build housing units.
  • Building Finance: Provided by the ministry for citizens wishing to build a housing unit.
  • Purchase Finance: Provided by the ministry for citizens wishing to buy housing units or private apartments.
