Licenses and Agencies
Lawyers support the judicial process by providing legal counsel to individuals, representing litigants, and defending their rights before judiciary bodies.
Specialists are chosen when litigants are allowed to prove an issue that requires an expert opinion. Litigants can select experts they deem appropriate for proving their claims, either by agreeing on a single expert or by each party choosing their own. The expert may submit their reports to the court to assist the judiciary with technical issues that require proficient or specialist knowledge.
