Lawsuits

Legal recourse is the right of a natural or legal person to present a claim or defence before judiciary bodies with the aim of getting a ruling in their favour or against their opposition.

Litigation services provided through the National Portal allow for the filing of all types of civil, commercial, and legal lawsuits electronically, as well as submitting and exchanging notes, presenting requests, reviewing the status of lawsuits, inquiring about submitted requests throughout the entire process up to the issuance of rulings, while taking into account the availability of all judicial guarantees.
