Residential Plots

Municipalities Affairs, via the ‘Land Zoning Inquiry Service’, provides access to land zoning information and building requirements using satellite images and landmarks on an interactive map, in addition to the Map of Bahrain National Detail Land Use Plan 2030.

Inquiry on Land Zoning

When searching for residential plots, information displayed via the Land Zoning Service will include the block number, area, governorate, built area percentage, number of floors allowed, front setback, rear setback, and side setback.

Survey and Land Registration

To maintain the integrity of the Kingdom’s real estate industry, the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) registers all real estate property and assets (real estate registration application) and regulates them to ensure that public and individual real estate rights are upheld. It also carries out surveys including cadastral, topographical, geodesical, and marine surveys, as well as preparing blueprints of all kinds.
